Physical exams offered in the Academic Medical Center

Our specialists have extensive experience with post-offer physical exams (including job function screens) as well as municipal, state and federally required services including:

• Department of Transportation (DOT) physical: Exam includes medical history, vision acuity, dip stick urinalysis
• Illinois school bus physical: Exam includes medical history, vision acuity, dip stick urinalysis
• Job function screens: Exam determines ability to perform essential job functions
• Non-DOT physical examination: Exam includes medical history, vision acuity, dip stick urinalysis
• Police/Firefighter physical
