Adult Services
The adult services program provides comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment plan development, review, and modification, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, and case management services on an outpatient bases for eligible patients.
Child & Adolescent Program
The child and adolescent services program of the Elevated Family Services is a community-based, culturally competent mental health outreach program that serves children and adolescent age 17 and younger who have behavioral or emotional impairment.
Elevated Family Services
Elevated Family Services offers a comprehensive array of services that include child and adolescent psychiatry, individual, family, and group therapy, juvenile justice mental health services, intensive community outreach, community support and school treatment services, case management, entitlement assistance, and referral and linkage services to other needed resources and programs.
DUI Service
We’ve been providing state licensed outpatient alcohol, drug and DUI counseling and DUI classes since 1981. We are state licensed to provide DUI Evaluations, DUI risk reduction education, outpatient substance abuse treatment, and intensive outpatient (IOP) substance dependency treatment. We work with you on a personalized level to make sure you get what you need.
